New podcast episode: EBACE & the sustainability of the executive aviation industry

Can the executive aviation industry ever be sustainable?

This is one of the key concerns at EBACE, the annual corporate aviation show that took place in Geneva just a few days ago.

The fact is that there are some very legitimate concerns about the environmental impact of executive aviation, particularly if we compute it in a per capita basis.

Yet, at the same time, there are also some grounds for optimism. In this regard, the main contribution of executive aviation to the decarbonization challenge may not just be reducing its very own carbon footprint (although this is also imperative!), but providing a platform, a path to market (and to industrial scale production) to the myriad of startups and entrepreneurs that are trying to tackle aviation’s sustainability challenge.

So, in this episode of the podcast, rather than being me talking with one guest, I have invited two great professionals and old friends of this podcast to hold a little debate here about what they saw at EBACE and what it bodes for the future of aviation.

So, tune in for this fascinating conversation with Adam Twidell and Morell Westermann.
