Barcelona airport golf course project goes ahead

We reported it a few months back: Barcelona airport is going to get a beach club and gold course to get their increasing (although still modest compared to other major European airports) number of transit passengers.

And looks like it was not a bluff, as Aena, the Spanish airport operator, is starting the planning procedure that is needed to make this project a reality.

One detail: whole the golf course will be doable in under one hour and a half...just in case you have a plane to catch!
