New podcast episode with Lilium co-founder, Daniel Wiegand
Daniel Wiegand is one of the towering figures of the eVTOL era.
An early pioneer in this field, Daniel co-founded Lilium in 2015 with the idea to develop an electric, vertical take-off and landing aircraft for regional air travel.
Nearly a decade, a billion dollars in capital raised and a Nasdaq listing later, this German startup is fast approaching the last stages of its development process.
Lilium Jets are already flying at a test range in Spain and the first production aircraft are coming out of the company’s facilities near Munich, Germany.
In the meantime, Lilium’s managemet team is busy expanding its financial runway to make sure that, as soon as it gets certified, the company is ready to deliver the hundreds of eVTOLs in its order books from operators from all over the world.
If you are interested in the eVTOL space, do not miss this episode of the podcast, in which we talk with Daniel about the current state of the Lilium project, its next milestones and its technological and commercial perspectives for the near future!
