Video: KLM A330 flying with Royal Dutch Air Force F-16s
Captain Menno Kroon is flying in formation with a KLM Airbus 330 and 2 F-16's at the Royal Dutch Air Force Open Days. Always wanted to know what goes on behind the closed cockpit doors where only experienced pilots are allowed?
Airliner air show outings in the company of fighter jets always make for amazing footage.
This KLM Airbus A330 appearance at an air show in Leeuwarden, in the North of the Netherlands, is not exception! The blue airliner performed an impressive low pass in the company of a couple of F-16 fighter jets of the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
Other joint performances of airliners and fighter jets we have reported this year include the French Armee de l'Air bidding farewell to the last of Air France's venerable Boeing 747s and the Swiss Air Force welcoming Swiss' first Boeing 777.
Enjoy!
