Is Wizz Air planning a Russian subsidiary?

According to this article on Vedomosti,  the Hungarian low cost carrier, in line with its Eastern European focus, might be getting ready to enter the Russian market by establishing a local subsidiary.

Wizz Air Russia could start flying in April next year with a fleet of three A320-family aircraft covering a network of 15 to 20 routes...but all of this is far from sure, as the whole project seem to be surrounded by a shroud of secrecy...

Russia has proven to be a particularly tough market for low cost carriers, however, it is remarkable that one of the investors behind Wizz Air is Indigo Partners, that also backed one of the earliest attempts to establish a low cost carrier in Russia, the now bankrupt Avianova.

So I guess they already know a couple of things about what they are getting into...
